Hartland Point

All floors from Hartland Point come standard with medium hand-scraping in a rustic grade with slight dings and dents, original colors, and an environmentally friendly finish.  Unless specified, all orders will come with Standard edge treatments (see description below).  Solid flooring comes 1/2" or 3/4" thick in lengths of 1' to 10'.  Engineered plank comes 5/8" thick in lengths of 1' to 8'.  Standard pricing is for both solid and engineered is for 3" to 7" widths only, with an up-charge for wider plank.

Green Finishes

Hartland Point strives to use only those finishes that have low or no VOC's in them.  The primary finish used is a waterbourne finish that that utilizes compounds that are high in impact strength and clarity.  These compounds are also used in motorcycle helmets and bulletproof glass.

FSC Flooring

All Hartland Point floors can be ordered with standard lumber or in FSC certified lumber.  A slight increase will aplly to FSC products.  Solid FSC floors are 100% certified with the engineered floors being certifed at 80% or 100% depending on the customers specifications.

Reclaimed Flooring

Hartland Point also utilizes reclaimed wood in many of its projects.  100% salvaged material is available in many species.  Hartland Point can apply the texture, stain, and finish desired to this wonderful wood to provide a complete recycled product.

Edge Treatments

To further customize your order, Hartland Point is available with three edge-treatment options.

Standard - block sanded ends with knocked corners, standard micro-bevel with boldbleed lines on all edges.

Old Style - Chattered ends with knocked corners, standard micro-bevel with bold bleed lines on all edges.

Pillowed - tooled ends and sides, bleed lines 95% removed.

Custom Sizes & Colors

All standard floors come in a rustic grade from 3" to 7".  Wider plank, 8" and up, are subject to availability and on a per quote basis.  

 With the exception of a few standard colors,all Hartland Point floors are custom colors and are manufactured on a per-job basis.  In order to place a custom color order, a sample of color will need to be submitted to Hartland Point for reference.  A custom sample will be made for sign-off prior to manufacturing.

Samples:  Hartland Point samples are available for purchase.  All samples are approximately 21" X 21", mounted on backboard unless specified.  Sample chips are also available at no charge.
